What you bring forward
- You are one of our most important interfaces to the business and are responsible for carrying out all HR activities across all hierarchical levels of a defined support area.
- You will also proactively support our specialists and managers in the transformation process.
- Their expertise is also in demand for the effective use and further development (digitalization) of HR processes.
- And as a project manager, you also have plenty of scope to let off steam on important projects, such as the introduction of our new software system (Rexx).
- Completed studies with a focus on HR/HR, e.g. in economics, (business) psychology, sociology, or completed training/further training as a personnel services manager or HR specialist
- Several years of experience in human resources in a manufacturing company and comprehensive knowledge of labor, collective bargaining and works constitution law; an additional qualification in systemic consulting, coaching or mediation is an advantage
- Routine in MS Office
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Personally, you impress us with your empathetic, confident manner, your communication skills and your astute, creative way of working.
