How you’ll make a positive impact
- Fancy some responsibility? In this management position, you will lead and develop a competent team and be responsible for setting up our new technology division.
- You will implement a maintenance system (CMMS) and create/maintain a strategic site master plan.
- You will also be responsible for and support important CapEx projects in the production environment (e.g. the construction of a new production unit for implants) – ensuring continuous compliance with GMP.
- You will also oversee all of our technical activities including maintenance, facility asset management, utilities and infrastructure to evaluate and develop process improvements in close collaboration with our specialist departments.
- Last but not least, you will act as a communication interface to external contacts – in this context, you will also provide support during customer audits or inspections by the authorities.
Your recipe for success
- Completed engineering degree in process engineering, process technology or electrical engineering, alternatively further training as a technician/master craftsman specializing in a related field
- First management experience as well as experience with group structures and the willingness to develop and establish these in an SME company
- Experience in the GMP environment, ideally also knowledge of sterile production
- Enthusiasm for a technology and a product in a promising niche
- With an analytical, proactive and solution-oriented way of working, a high affinity for processes and change as well as strong assertiveness and implementation skills, you will fit in perfectly with us.
