Leuprorelin, like goserelin, is an analogue of the hormone gonadotropin. By inhibiting the release of sex hormones, the same areas of application result, prostate cancer, breast cancer and endometriosis.
AMW GmbH has independently developed leuprorelin implants with the dosage 11.25mg (three-month implant). In addition, further dosages are under development.
