Office Manager (m/f/d)

to expand our administration.

Your tasks

  • First point of contact for guests and employees as representative of the “AMW family”
  • Planning, coordination and execution of administrative activities in the front office, including telephone exchange and mail processing
  • Commissioning and control of external service providers e.B couriers, suppliers, fleet management, caretaker and cleaning
  • Creation of presentations and preparation of decision templates, project support as well as travel and appointment coordination for the management circle
  • Ensuring representative meeting rooms and the general professional appearance of AMW
  • Ordering and management of consumables and office supplies

Your profile

  • A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the service sector
  • Relevant experience in project management and in the coordination of operational processes
  • Organizational talent paired with an independent and structured way of working
  • Very good communication skills as well as professional and friendly appearance
  • A high service and service concept
  • Good knowledge of English as well as other languages are an advantage
  • Safe handling of MS Office programs
  • The desire to proactively develop, grow and be part of a strong team
